  • Day 1 : Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Merzouga

Rissani is a historic village that served as the birthplace of the Moroccan royal dynasty and the gathering point for the caravan that traveled up to Timbuctou in Mali to trade. The Todra gorges are Morocco's tallest and tightest gorges, and you will encounter many hooded men and women there. We'll continue into in the Dades Valley following lunch inside the valley, where you'll be seeing the magnificent sand castles and the remarkable rocky outcrops called as "monkey feet." The place to stay for the night will be a posh hotel with a view of the Dades valley.

  • Day 4 : Dades Valley – Kasbah Amridil – Palm Groves Of Skoura – Ouarzazate

    Following the hotel breakfast we will depart for Kalaat Mgouna and Ouarzazate via the Dades Valley, or Asif N'dades in Tamazight (Berber). The journey across Dades Valley is known as the "Way of the Thousand Kasbahs," so it offers many opportunities to capture a few of your best airline photographs. We'll take a break inside the "rose city," Kalaat Mgouna, to buy rosewater, which also will leave your linen smelling fresh for a long period once the your tour comes to an end. Drive on now to Ouarzazate via the Amridil Kasbah. During the eighteenth century, Amridil was one of the final Berber chieftains; today, many Glaoui live there. At Ouarzazate, spend the night.

  • Day 5 : Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Tizi N’tichka Pass – Marrakech
